Fees All services are provided at a flat rate which is provided to the client with an engagement letter prior to service.  For new licenses half of the service fee is to be paid upon filing of the application and final payment is due when all licenses are delivered to the facility for service to begin.  The target date for issuance of a new license is normally two weeks prior to opening to provide for stocking and training.  For renewal services that are done on an annual engagement, a monthly bill is provided to the client after the appropriate paperwork is filed with the appropriate authority.
